This is a picture of Elvis's 1st guitar. He purchased it from Tupelo Hardware when he was 13 years old
Over the years a number of famous folks have visited Tupelo Hardware and signed this guitar.

After Elvis "made it" he purchased the farm where he grow up on. His father was a share crop farmer.
This is the house Elvis was born in. A single-family dwelling typical of a sharecroppers home of the area.
The front room of the house was a combination bed room sitting room.
The homes second room was the kitchen.
While we where visiting, Elvis came out of the house, sat on the swing and sang us a song
Tupelo's City Hall
